When Exchanges Are Possible
We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect products. We do not provide exchanges for size or color changes unless the supplier made an error.

Process
Follow the same steps as in our Return & Refund Policy by contacting support@simplecook.com . In some cases, we may ship a replacement without requesting the defective product to be returned.
